Lastly, there is the online media that is basically an Internet version of printed circulars, such as newspapers.  When thinking about this form of online media, don’t limit your small business to the most famous circulars in the UK.  Consider international circulars, which can be found with a little bit of search engine sleuthing.  Also consider more local circulars, such as college newspapers or community-level newspapers.  The reason why is because this type of online media might be expensive with well-known circulars, but with lesser-known ones you might be able to get quite a deal for your advertising pound.
